Rian Lindell's 25-yard field goal gave the Buffalo Bills a 19-16 overtime victory over the Arizona Cardinals in Phoenix.
CJ Spiller went in on the ground for the Bills, who led 9-3 at the end of the first quarter.
Kevin Kolb found Larry Fitzgerald with a nine-yard touchdown pass to put Arizona 10-9 up at half-time.
Fred Jackson added the Bills' second rushing touchdown of the game in the third quarter, either side of a pair of Jay Feely field goals, the second of which was a franchise-record 61 yarder that tied the game at 16-16 with just over a minute remaining.
Feely had a chance to win it for Arizona in regulation but his 38-yard attempt was tipped by Alex Carrington and bounced away off the left upright.
Buffalo had first possession in overtime but were forced to punt, only to get the ball back three plays later when John Skelton, who had replaced the injured Kolb under centre for the Cardinals by this point, was intercepted by Jairus Byrd.
Byrd returned his second pick of the game to Arizona's six-yard line and Lindell made no mistake with the subsequent short-range field goal.
The Bills are now back to .500 at 3-3 for the season, the same record as all of their AFC East rivals, while the Cardinals remain top of the NFC West at 4-2.
