Ryad Mahrez of Leicester City and Rafik Djebbour of Nottingham Forest have also made the cut.
Porto forward Nabil Ghilas has been included despite concerns over his fitness, but he will be replaced by Livorno's Ishak Belfodil if he fails to shake off a hamstring problem.
Coach Vahid Halilhodzic will whittle his squad down to 23 on 1st June, the day after a friendly date with Armenia.
